Returns

You can return any item within 7 days of delivery. Once your order arrives, your account's order page shows the exact date your return window closes — a specific date, not a number of days to count down.

What you can return

Anything in your order, including just one item from a mixed order — keep the phone, return the case, if that's what you want. Each line item in your order can be returned on its own; returning one thing doesn't touch the rest of your order.

What happens after you raise a return

We arrange collection, inspect the item once it's back with us, and then either refund you or, if the item doesn't match what you sent it back as, decline the return with a clear reason — this decision happens after collection, not before, so you're never asked to prove a fault before we've seen the item ourselves.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and are processed promptly once a return is approved.

How to start a return

Go to the order in your account and choose "Return item" — it only appears while your order is still inside its return window.
