Terms of sale

The Sell Point buys used phones and laptops, refurbishes them in-house, and sells them alongside new devices and accessories. These terms cover both sides of that — buying from us, and selling to us.

Buying

Prices shown include GST; every order gets a GST invoice. Refurbished listings are one-of-a-kind — the photos and Condition Report on the product page describe the exact unit you'd receive, not a representative sample. See our warranty and returns policies for what's covered after delivery.

Selling to us

Quotes for devices you sell us are manual — a person reviews what you tell us and confirms a price within 24 hours, valid for 72 hours once issued. Nothing is final until you accept. If, on inspection at pickup, your device doesn't match what you described, we'll offer a revised price on the spot — you can accept it or decline and keep your device, no obligation either way.

Payment for accepted, inspected devices is made promptly — same-day for self-drop-off/self-pickup handovers, within 24–48 hours by bank transfer for third-party pickup or drop-off.

Accounts and payments

One account covers both buying and selling. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details ourselves.
