Warranty

Warranty terms depend on what you bought — we never use one blanket promise for both new and refurbished devices.

New devices

New devices carry the manufacturer's own warranty, on the manufacturer's own terms. Check the product page for the exact duration for your device, and keep your invoice — it's your proof of purchase for any manufacturer claim.

Refurbished devices

Every refurbished device we sell carries a 3-month The Sell Point warranty, starting from the date it's delivered to you. If a covered fault shows up in that window, we'll repair it, refund you, or reject the claim with a clear reason — you'll always get a specific date by which your warranty ends, not a countdown to do math on.

The warranty covers genuine functional faults. It doesn't cover physical damage after delivery, liquid damage, or wear that matches the cosmetic grade and notes disclosed on the product page at the time you bought it — that disclosure is exactly what the grade and Condition Report are for.

How to make a claim

Raise a warranty claim from your account's order page — the option appears once your order is eligible. We'll confirm what happens next by email.
